Area Description
Barbican is a vibrant and sought after area of central London and part of the business area known simply as ‘the City’ or the ‘Square Mile’. You will also find many of London's finest restaurants, gastro pubs and Italian Delis in the vicinity so come prepared to shop, eat and generally have a good time.
Hand in hand with commerce and high finance goes culture and Europe’s largest art and conference venue is your neighbour - the renowned Barbican Arts Centre. A prepayment is required to reserve the property and is not refundable.
The balance of monies is due six weeks before arrival and is paid, directly to the property provider. If payment is made via credit card there is a 3,5% surcharge.
If you are booking more than six weeks in advance the property provider requests that the security deposit of £250.00 be paid immediately. The funds will held against possible damage and can not be refunded if you cancel the booking.
