If you instruct us to let your property you will gain more than thoroughly vetted tenants. At no extra cost, we also include our standard Tenancy Agreement and rent collection. We will:		FEE 7% of the total amount of rent due for the duration of the tenancy paid in advance. There is no fee to the Landlord for our Tenancy agreements prepared in accordance with current legislation. However, should you require special clauses or additions these inclusions will be charged at £45 per alteration. We do not charge extra to collect and remit the rent Inventory charges vary based on size of property and extent of furnishings. You should expect to pay between £85 -£200 for an inventory to be compiled and up to £150 for a check out. It is customary for the landlord to pay for the compilation and the check-out and the tenant to pay for the check-in.
