of the total amount of rent due for the duration of the tenancy paid in advance
There is no fee to the Landlord for our Tenancy Agreements prepared in accordance with current legislation. However, should you require special clauses or additions these inclusions will be charged at £45 plus VAT per alteration.
We do not charge extra to collect and remit the rent
Inventory charges vary based on size of property and extent of furnishings. You should expect to pay between £85 -£200 for an inventory to be compiled and up to £150 for a check out. It is customary for the landlord to pay for the compilation and the check-out and the tenant to pay for the check-in.
After we have successfully let your property we can continue to take care of it under our Property Management Service. We endeavour to keep your costs down and keep your tenants happy.
