Fulham is a vibrant and affluent area which borders Chelsea and Kensington. You will have quick and easy access to Hammersmith, Fulham Broadway, Putney, Wimbledon and Chelsea. The famous museums of South Kensington and the fabulous shops of Knightsbridge and Chelsea are within 15 minutes by bus. There is a well-known fresh produce market down the road on North End Road and local shops and bistro's as you walk out of your door! If you happen to be a soccer fan, Fulham has not one but two famous football stadiums: Craven Cottage home to Fulham FC and Stamford Bridge home to Chelsea FC.

Additional Information

RENT
£785 per week per week being 7 nights and includes all utilities such as water, heating, electricity, Council Tax, WIFI and TV license. The property sleeps 4 with ease in 2 double bedrooms. For groups of more than 4 please add £25 per person per night. 10% of the total fee is paid at the time of booking to reserve the property. The balance of all monies due paid by bank transfer 4 weeks before arrival.
DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required of £100 per adult / £50 per child with a minimum deposit of £250. For lets longer than 3 weeks a larger deposit may be required proportional to the length of your stay. The London Agent holds the funds against damage and exit cleaning. We endeavour to return the security deposit within 2 weeks after your departure. Please read our F&Q page for further information on renting a short let property.

EXIT CLEANING
Exit cleaning charges are proportional to the amount of work required to return the property to the condition it was in on your arrival. For your guidance, expect to pay an average of £25 per person or a minimum of £75.
