Marylebone is very smart and up-market area in central London, close to many of London's famous attractions. Madame Tussauds is a short walk away as is marvelous Hyde Park. There are many marvelous eateries, pubs and interesting side streets to explore in the immediate area. This is a truly wonderful location from which to explore London.

RENT
Includes all utilities such as water, heating, electricity, Council Tax,internet TV license and exit cleaning.
Shorter stays will be charged at a nighlty rate of £175 per night with the minimum period being 3 nights.
15% of the total fee is paid at the time of booking to reserve the property. The balance of all monies due paid by bank transfer 4 weeks before arrival.
DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required of £100 per adult / £50 per child with a minimum deposit of £250. For lets longer than 3 weeks a larger deposit may be required proportional to the length of your stay. The London Agent holds the funds against damage and exit cleaning. We endeavour to return the security deposit within 2 weeks after your departure. Please read our F&Q page for further information on renting a short let property.
