Additional Information
RENT
Includes all utilities such as water, heating, electricity, Council Tax, TV license, exit cleaning and internet. £135 per day for shorter stays subject to availability. A 10% reservation deposit is paid to The London Agent at the time of booking and the balance is paid by bank transfer, a minimum of 4 weeks before arrival. If you are booking closer to the start of your stay please pay all monies due at the time of booking.
