Additional Information

RENT
Includes all utilities such as water, heating, electricity, Council Tax, internet and TV license. 10% of the total fee is paid at the time of booking to reserve the property. The balance of all monies due paid by bank transfer 4 weeks before arrival.
DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required of £100 per adult / £50 per child with a minimum deposit of £250. The London Agent holds the funds against damage and exit cleaning. We endeavour to return the security deposit within 2 weeks after your departure. Please read the F&Q page for further information on renting a short let property.

EXIT CLEANING
Exit cleaning charges are proportional to the amount of work required to return the property to the condition it was in on your arrival. For your guidance, expect to pay an average of £25 per person or a minimum of £85.
