The London Agent is a booking agent for self catering homes – we market and manage the letting process. One of the advantages to you is that your money is not sent to an unknown individual who may not exist - your funds are held by a private company in a designated client account until you arrive at the property. Similarly your security deposit is held by The London Agent for the duration of your stay and returned within two weeks after departure - deductions are not made unless you agree.

At The London Agent you can be assured that the privately owned properties are real and you are welcome to view them before you commit to a booking. Furthermore we make an effort to help owners prepare for your arrival and keep them informed of basic letting requirements. Although we can not check or enforce compliance, we do invite private providers to send us proof of identity and a current gas safety record, to better promote their property. Whenever you see a on the property details you know that we have received these documents from a dedicated property provider.
