All inclusive property management
We believe that many of the additional fees, charged by other agents, should be included in the cost of managing your London property.
To manage the day to day repairs and maintenance of your London property we charge a modest 5% excl VAT (6% incl VAT) of the gross rent.
We include many ‘extras’ that high street agents would charge additional fees for – visiting the property during the term of the let, protecting the damage deposit, returning the damage deposit… The list is endless.
