Letting fees are charged for the initial term of the let and if your tenant extends we reduce fees.
For our Lettings Service only our renewal fee is reduced from 8% excl VAT (9.6% incl VAT) to 5% excl VAT (6% incl VAT) at the end of the fixed term.
Void periods can prove costly and we aim to minimise the gap between lets.
